No, the Godox Skirt Set for CS-85D Lantern Softbox (BH #GOSS85) will not work for the Godox CS-85T Slim Lantern Softbox with Bowens Mount (33.5") (BH# GOCS85T). For the CS-85T you will need the Godox Skirt for CS-85T Lantern Softbox (BH# GOCS85TSKIRT).
