Covering a 46.3mm image circle, the Zeiss Supreme Prime 200mm T2.2 Lens can be used with full-frame and Super35 sensors. The internal focus design of this compact lens ensures very minimal focus breathing. Additionally, the Zeiss eXtended Data system transfers lens data to a camera, Master Lockit, or select other devices via a LEMO cable connection to allow for adjustment of distortion and shading. This adjustment can be done in real time or with a variety of software. The lens has an interchangeable PL mount and is marked in feet.
The T2.2 aperture of the Supreme Prime 200mm lens allows for low-light capture, while smooth transitioning between in-focus and out-of-focus areas results in pleasing focus falloff and greater depth in the image. The lens has a 16-blade iris and a smooth 300° focus rotation. The minimum focus distance is 6.56'. The 200mm is color-matched with the rest of the Supreme Prime lineup and shares many other consistent features, including standardized positioning of the focus and iris rings. The lens features a 114mm front to accommodate its fast aperture and also comes with a removable support foot with a 3/8"-16 mounting thread.
