The Live View Crane Kit from Hoodman is an adjustable articulated mount that attaches quickly to a camera's hot shoe mount and supports HoodLoupe in optimal viewing position for LCD screens up to 3.2". The crane mechanism allows the loupe to be moved in and out of position in just seconds, for precise and repeatable setups. The Live View Crane is well suited for those using L-bracket mounts that don't provide an option for using the traditional base plate for mounting a HoodLoupe.

MUST HAVE for 1DXiii with L bracket I can now shoot 20fps vs 16?? I can not take advantage of the eye tracking vs face tracking I can now shoot in mechanical mode vs Electrical This is my 2nd one as I shoot with two 1DXiii with L brackets

Can the Live View Crane Kit be adjusted to use ...

Can the Live View Crane Kit be adjusted to use when the monitor screen is not flat against the camera? For example when taking macro shots at ground level.

The Live View Crane can be adjusted by tilting up or by sliding the main rail up/down.
