Seems to work great with Arista paper (but how can you really tell) and it is indeed odorless. Wish there had been instructions for fixing and washing times. You can't really do the clearing test on paper! And it really is odorless!

Can this be fixer be used without a stop bath - ie - water rinse after developer?

Yes, you can use fixer, such as the Arista Premium Odorless Liquid Fixer (32 oz), without a stop bath when printing on RC paper. A water rinse would be recommended to remove the developer prior to fixing.

What are the consequences of using a non-hardening fixer for RC paper?

RC papers can use either hardening or non-hardening fixers. A non-hardening fixer, such as the Arista Premium Odorless Liquid Fixer (32 oz), is only needed when using a fiber-based paper that you plan to tone.
