Is this product possible to use with Flex Plus 15? Also, are there any functions of "Zoom 1" and "Zoom 2"?

Yes it is possible, it is the same monitor that comes standard with the FLEX PLUS 15. it does have Zoom 1 and Zoom 2 functions.

Does this monitor have an "image flip" feature, so that I can use non prompter software and read the text correctly on Word and PowerPoint?
