The 17" Studio HB Prompter 1000 cd/m² and PDII-CH8(F)SC Pedestal System includes the Acebil PRO-S 17" Studio Telemprompter, an Acebil CH8(F) Fluid Head with 100mm ball, and an Acebil PD3800SC Pedestal System that includes an Acebil D9 rolling tripod dolly. This set provides you a stable teleprompter system that can be read by a talent up to 20' away and that can also easily roll to a new position when needed or be rolled off the studio floor at the end of the day.
The teleprompter features a 70/30 beamsplitter glass for good contrast and ease of reading by the talent. It also includes a Talent monitor as well as a PROCLOCK and supports tally. The 100mm ball head tripod is secure and able to support the weight of the prompter system. The pedestal system is easily able to support the weight of the fluid head, prompter, and your camera, while the dual pan handles provide control and allow you to adjust the position of the head with either hand or use both hands to hold the system steady, and at the same time, be ready to make a sudden camera move to follow your talent. The prompter system includes a Forprompt software for Windows and is compatible with most other prompting software solutions.

The teleprompter itself comes partially assembled, so only minimal setup time is required. Since a sliding quick release baseplate and height-adjustable riser are part of the rod-based rig design, you can use the prompter with nearly any camera you want.
The included talent monitor and PROCLOCK display mount underneath the prompter at the front of the rods. This allows the talent to keep track of the running time of their segment, so they can pace their reading and actions, and not go over time. The second monitor allows the talent to see themselves on camera and interact with video effects, which may include logo or icon supers as well as green screen effects. Also included with this studio teleprompter is a handheld controller, which the teleprompter operator can use to navigate and control the teleprompter.
The 17" 250cd/m² monitor allows your talent to read prompter text from up to 20' away. To show text on the prompter, connect it via the VGA or HDMI terminals to your computer, and use the included Forprompt software to create your text and prompting session. The prompter is compatible with other third-party prompting software, which you can use if you prefer. The monitor is self-reversing, which allows you to use software that doesn't flip text or images, leaving the monitor to handle that so text and images are oriented properly for the on-camera talent.

Designed for use with 100mm bowl tripods, the Acebil CH8 Fluid Head features a 100mm ball design and supports loads up to 55 lb. An 8-step counterbalance allows you to compensate for the weight of your rig for better balancing, while independent 8-step pan and tilt drag settings provide adjustable resistance for precise movements. A sliding quick-release plate attaches to your camera via a 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 screw, for easy attachment and removal. To assist in keeping your shots level, even in dim environments, the head has a built-in LED illuminated bubble level. A pan bar comes included and can be attached on either the left or right side of the head.

The Acebil PD3800SC Pedestal with Carrying Case and Dolly D9 features a 100mm bowl head fitting, allowing it to accept fluid heads with a 100mm ball for quick leveling. The pedestal uses pneumatic pressure to assist with smooth column height adjustments. The internal air pressure setting is adjustable, allowing you to set the pedestal to match the weight of your camera and head up to 88 pounds.
The pedestal has an adjustable height range of 38 to 66", and a central ring allows you to raise and lower the pedestal, as well as move it smoothly around your studio on the included D9 dolly. The dolly accepts the feet of the pedestal, and it features 4" wheels with integrated cable guards that help prevent you from rolling over cables as you move about the studio.
