I just love this plate. It's push button articulation is fast, easy and works great to andle the monitor on a table top. Adding GoldMount capability to the Shogun is a must. I'd prefer it just build into the monitor, but honestly this is an A+ Alternative.

The rosette style adjustment has failed, the teeth are not holding as they should, tightening the Allen screw has no effect, not roughly used, not used for long at all.
