Protect your Atomos Shogun 7 Monitor with this SHAPE Monitor Cage. Designed to protect your Shogun 7 monitor/recorder, this formfitting cage features a built-in SSD drive locking system, multiple 1/4"-20, 3/8"-16, and ARRI-style anti-twist accessory threads, and CNC-machined aluminum alloy construction.

The Shogun 7 Monitor Cage is compatible with the separately available HDMI cable clamp, pivoting Gold mount and V-mount battery plates, and your original Shogun 7 sunshade.

Considering SmallRig is out of the market on the Shogun 7 HDR Classic, I was looking for a cage and gave Shape a shot. Real nice fit, very sturdy, great cage. probably a 5 star if you got with handles or plan to use as standalone directors monitor. But the cage and Shogun 7 are 2.5lbs if you plan to mount on Cinema camera from bottom 1/4 20, I prefer something sturdier. Might weld a NATO plate to the bottom lol, then it be perfect.

I bought this as I’d like to support a none Asian company . This is a very high quality frame not cheap item it is real heavy and a great nice design it gives the 7” monitor a real great look but the most is the protection. Very highly recommended by me a guy who knows what quality is . As I always buy quality items and was born in a country where most of us knows what quality is . Very highly recommended from this great place B&H as I’ve been a customer for many many years very trusted company to buy from .
