hi, how would one control aperture on a Nikon E lens as there does not seem to be a control or aperture ring on the adaptor?
The Metabones Nikon G Lens to Canon RF-mount Camera T Adapter (Black) can only control the aperture on lenses that have a a mechanical linkage in the lens mount. Nikon E lenses only have electronic aperture control and so the adapter cannot control the aperture on these lenses.

What is a Nikon G Lens? I never heard of it, will this work with manual Nikon F-mount AI-S lenses?
Nikon G lenses are some of the latest F mount lenses and in general those do not have an f/stop ring. The old AI-S lenses should work with the Metabones Nikon G Lens to Canon RF-mount Camera T Adapter (Black). That adapter is manual like the AI-S lenses.
