Complex live productions require a versatile control panel, and the ATEM 2 M/E Advanced Panel allows you to customize, monitor, and switch your live broadcast events with features such as camera switching, executing transitions, fades, DVE effects, and it also sports 8 on-air indicators. The ATEM 2 M/E Advanced Panel connects to the switcher via 10/100/1000 BaseT Ethernet, and there are four Ethernet loop outputs for connecting to another panel or to a media-management computer. The panel receives firmware updates via its USB Type-C input.

Hands down the best way to integrate macros. If you're coming off the laptop interface this panel will make you a better TD instantly . The button customization and labeling are super handy. one note, there is no way to save user profiles if panel gets unplugged, but its easy enough to setup

I would buy this again

We have only used this for a couple weeks and are still discovering its full potential. But it is very well made and works like a dream.

Can the record button start/stop recording to multiple HyperDecks at the same time?
Asked by: Joshua
The Blackmagic Design ATEM 2 M/E Advanced Panel (B&H# BLATEM2MEADV) allows you direct control over one HyperDeck at a time. However, the ATEM lets you record a macro that would allow you to push a single button to initiate a series of actions (such as starting recording on multiple HyperDecks) at the same time.

No, the Blackmagic Design ATEM 2 M/E Advanced Panel is not compatible with the Blackmagic Design Smart Videohub 12 x 12 6G-SDI. You will need to use the Videohub Master Control Pro or Videohub Smart Control Pro with the Blackmagic Design Smart Videohub 12 x 12 6G-SDI.

So how do u connect cameras to it. No SDI or HDMI
Asked by: Jacob nii
You do not connect the cameras directly to the Blackmagic Design ATEM 2 M/E Advanced Panel. You connect the Blackmagic Design ATEM M/E Production switcher to the M/E Advanced Panel via a ethernet cable. The cameras would be connected to the M/E Production switcher.

This is a panel only, not the production switcher itself. You can use it with a Switcher like the ATEM 4 M/E Broadcast Studio 4K which has multiple Mixed Effect Buses. https://bhpho.to/366CGJ4
