No, the Blackmagic Design ATEM 2 M/E Advanced Panel is not compatible with the Blackmagic Design Smart Videohub 12 x 12 6G-SDI. You will need to use the Videohub Master Control Pro or Videohub Smart Control Pro with the Blackmagic Design Smart Videohub 12 x 12 6G-SDI.

You do not connect the cameras directly to the Blackmagic Design ATEM 2 M/E Advanced Panel. You connect the Blackmagic Design ATEM M/E Production switcher to the M/E Advanced Panel via a ethernet cable. The cameras would be connected to the M/E Production switcher.

Any ATEM Advanced Panel will connect and operate any current ATEM switcher. Basically you may choose a panel based on space and how many direct buttons you would like on the surface along with how many MEs you want direct control. Any panel will control all MEs by selection.
