You do not connect the cameras directly to the Blackmagic Design ATEM 2 M/E Advanced Panel. You connect the Blackmagic Design ATEM M/E Production switcher to the M/E Advanced Panel via a ethernet cable. The cameras would be connected to the M/E Production switcher.

This is a panel only, not the production switcher itself. You can use it with a Switcher like the ATEM 4 M/E Broadcast Studio 4K which has multiple Mixed Effect Buses.
