The instructions show this with screw-down / phoenix type connections for input and output, but this came with ~10-inch long tinned-end pigtail cables which will require more room in the box and wire nuts of some kind. The kit did come with white, tan, and almond knobs, coverplates and screws, which is really great, but no wire nuts. I will install this in a few days, we'll see how it goes as far as audio quality.
