The Edge HD series has better optics and a flatter field. In this comparison, the Celestron CPC 1100 GPS (XLT) has GPS built in and a larger tube than the CPC Deluxe 925 HD 9.25" f/10 Cassegrain GoTo AZ telescope.

Asked by: CHARLES
The CPC 1100 GPS (XLT) comes with standard Schmidt-Cassegrain optics and does not include the field-flattening elements found in the "EdgeHD" series. However, the telescope is capable of producing stunning astrophotography images.
