A harness system that allows you to wear any hard case, even a wheeled one, as a backpack, this conversion kit makes it easier to navigate over rough, rocky, or uneven terrain. Outfitted with a fully padded back support and straps, the RucPac adds a weight-bearing waist belt for better stability, and the shoulder straps are height-adjustable to accommodate users of all sizes. Dual weight-bearing webbing straps attach to the top handle of the hard case, and adhesive hook-and-loop fastener attaches to the underside of the case to assure a secure fit. The case can be opened and wheeled with the backpack conversion attached. When you don't need it, the harness quickly and easily detaches, and won't take up a lot of space in your bag when you stow it. The original RucPac straps can be used alone on wheeled cases, without the padded back and waist belt, if you prefer. Dual accessory D-rings allow you to hang gear for easy accessibility and a small zippered compartment keeps valuable belongings safe.
