There is no dedicated pocket for hand warmers but you can put them in the front glove flaps or in the palms if need be.

Do they include the inside liner, or are the fingers exposed when flipped back?
The RucPac Extreme Tech Gloves do not come with a liner, but may be used with one. By default, if used without a liner, your fingers will be exposed when the over-mitten is flipped back.
