Folds up pretty small and very lightweight. Perfect for mobility. I use it with an SM7B and the XLR cable does not hit the tabletop when fully extended (which is about 1-2).
I've never been a fan of podcast mic arms that take up so much desk real estate so I got this. I wish it was all metal but its very sturdy. It was perfect for our needs.
