HYPER GEN2 16-in-1 Overview

Turn one Thunderbolt 3 port into sixteen different ports with the HyperDrive GEN2 16-in-1 Thunderbolt 3 Dock from HYPER. Utilizing a Thunderbolt 3 system connection with power delivery up to 18W, this hub supports pass-through charging. Accessories can be plugged in using a Thunderbolt 3 port supporting up to 40 Gb/s transfer speeds and DisplayPort connections, or a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port. Two USB 3.2 Gen 2 and three USB 2.0 Type-A ports are also present, with one of the Gen 2 ports supporting Quick Charge 3 technology and up to 18W of power delivery. In addition to the Thunderbolt 3 port, users can also utilize a DisplayPort to connect monitors.

The HyperDrive GEN2 16-in-1 Thunderbolt 3 Hub sports an RJ45 port, supporting Gigabit Ethernet. A digital coaxial, optical TOSLINK, and a combo 3.5mm mic and headphone port provide audio connections. SD and microSD cards can be used with the two card reader ports, and a DC power port supports up to 180W via an optional power cable. Additionally, this Thunderbolt 3 hub uses a heat-dissipating design to prevent overheating.

Thunderbolt 3 is a hardware interface that utilizes the reversible USB Type-C connector. Doubling the speed of its predecessor, Thunderbolt 3 features a maximum throughput of 40 Gb/s when used with compatible devices. The connector also transmits data via USB 3.1 at up to 10 Gb/s, and dual-bandwidth DisplayPort 1.2 allows you to connect up to two 4K displays simultaneously. Additionally, you can daisy chain up to six devices from a single Thunderbolt 3 port.

Doubling the speed of its predecessor, USB 3.2 Gen 2 is synonymous with USB 3.1 Gen 2 and features a maximum throughput of 10 Gb/s when used with compatible devices.
