Epson 805F Reviews

Love it but need to change our lighting to optimise it, so returning it until that can be done

This had a bright image and filled the whole screen. We are, however changing out our lighting and need to do that before adding this or something else to our lighting system. However, for the price, we recognized this is a very nice buy for a small to medium theater.

Great Quality Projector

This projector is very clear and is an excellent option for a close mount. We used this in our youth room at church. We needed something that was a short throw projector so it did not cast shadows on our stage. This projector did the trick. We bought the black version so it would blend in with our black ceiling. You cannot even tell where the image is being projected from since it's so close to the screen. Great buy!

It says the maximum as 130" projection size. Can we get a bigger image if we place it farther away for a 150" projection ?

If the Epson PowerLite 805F 5000-Lumen Pixel-Shift Full HD Ultra-Short Throw Laser 3LCD Projector (Black), BH #EPPL805F, is placed at a farther distance, the projected image size will be larger, but it wall also may be unfocussed and distorted.
