Does this cable lay well (mostly flat) on the floor (like a mic cable)?

Hi Isaac. This cable should lay very well on a floor. It is made with the flexible Belden 1694F, so it should be fairly easily manipulated to lay almost entirely flat across a floor without much effort. Thank you!
