LiveU LU610-4K Overview

Encode and transmit high-resolution, low-latency video from a mobile location such as a production van or remote facility within the LiveU Central cloud platform environment with the LU610 HEVC-4K Rackmount Encoder. This 1 RU rackmount server provides HEVC H.265/H.264 encoding and wired network transmission of video via SDI video input. The server supports input, encoding, and IP transmission of up to 4K60 video via 12G-SDI or 1080p60 video via four 3G-SDI inputs with two audio channels.

The encoder works within the LiveU Central cloud and can collaborate with optional LiveU field technology such as DataBridge, Audio Connect, IP Pipe, Tally Light, and Video Return. Operational modes include live broadcast, store live recordings on an SD card within the unit, store and forward streams of different bandwidth quality, 24/7 persistent transmission mode, and FTP transfers.

Note:
The LU610 can be upgraded with software licenses that are sold separately.
