Olight i3T EOS LED Flashlight (OD Green)

Ideally suited as a backup, everyday carry (EDC), or keychain light, the OD green Olight i3T EOS LED Flashlight is a tiny but powerful illumination tool.

It has a single Philips LUXEON TX LED driven by a ubiquitous AAA alkaline battery that outputs a low 5 lumens useful for rooting through a pack or bag and reading without disturbing others and a high output of 180 lumens to light your tent, get you safely to the loo in the middle of the night, or help you change a tire. Its beam is sent through a factory-focused Total Internal Reflection (TIR) lens system that produces a smooth beam defined by a bright center cone and generous spill without holes or hotspots. A single push-button tailcap switch gives you access to both outputs with momentary or constant-on options. For your safety, and any companions you might be with, the light turns on at the low setting by default so you won't be blinded accidentally.

The housing is made of a lightweight and durable 6061-T6 aluminum alloy that is treated with an OD green scratch-resistant Type III hard-anodized finish. Olight designed the handle to fit comfortably in your hand with a carved double helical groove to give it a sleek and distinctive style and slip-resistant grip. The housing is further sealed to an IPX8 rating and is drop resistant to almost 5 feet, so it will continue to work if it (or you) take a fall in a puddle or stream. A two-way removable clip lets you carry it on your belt, in a pant or shirt pocket, or even clipped to your cap as a headlight. Measuring just 3.5 inches long and weighing only 1.5 ounces with the battery, there is no reason one (or several) i3Ts shouldn't be squirreled away in your car, junk drawer, console, toolbox, and bug-out bag.
