So if I buy the MFT version - I use. replace the adapter on the back with this one and can use it on the Sony right? With cameras like the A7S III which have no cropped mode for 4K can I use clear image zoom? Thanks.
Yes you will be able to use this lens on Sony E Mount cameras. You will need to shoot in APS-C mode since this lens covers Micro Four Thirds/APS-C sensors.

Is there an adapter that will work with the 24mm and 50mm versions of the lens - what prevents the 35mmm from being used with the 50mm as stated in a previous answer?
There is no adapter as of now that will convert the Sirui 24mm anamorphic lens from MFT to Sony E mount, however the Sony E-mount version of the 24mm lens can be purchased.

Will this adapter also work with the Sirui 50mm MFT lens? Will the sensor coverage be reduced.
This is for the 35mm lens only. It will not work with the 50mm lens from Sirui.
