official replacement battery, but the pull tabs are not strong

It works as advertised and is the official replacement battery if you have the APC Gaming back UPS, but the pull handles are not quite strong enough to use for pulling out the the battery. you will need to rely on other methods to pull the battery out as the tape pull handles snap VERY easily.

Genuine replacement part. Very straightforward to replace. Was able to hot-swap while leaving the UPS plugged into the wall and all devices online. Schneider (APC parent company) currently provides free return shipping labels to recycle your old battery safely. Just repackage the old battery in the packaging from the new one, and google for the site to request and print a return shipping label.
