Could I charge this (147Wh version) with the charger from "IndiPRO Tools 2 x Micro-Series 98Wh Li-Ion V-Mount Batteries with Dual V-Mount Battery Charger Kit" ?
We do not recommend using other manufacturers chargers for different batteries because the circuitry for each manufacturer is unique and could cause damages for your battery/charger. Although you are able to provide charge from the IndiPRO charge to the CoreSWX battery, your mileage may vary and may cause product damage.

No, the batteries in the Core SWX HyperCore NEO 150 V-Mount 2-Battery Kit with GPM-X2S Dual Charger kit do not have high enough amperage to power the amaran 300c RGB LED Monolight (BH #AM300C). I suggest using the Core SWX Helix Max 275 Lithium-Ion Dual-Voltage Battery (275Wh, V-Mount), BH #COHLX275MXV, instead.

I see some differences in the charging station. There appears to be a "FLEET Quantum Charger", a "FLEET Micro Quad", and then a "Fleet Q 4-Position Charger". What's the difference between these?

Is it recommended to charge only with Core chargers? Or are any other v-mount charger suitable?
I suggest you contact the manufacturer. I Have heard that they will charge on Anton Bauer chargers, but Core would be the best place to get your answer.
