The Delta 1 Model 15 Manual Water Control Panel, is an economical temperature control, with hot and cold water ball valves, and a flow control ball valve.
The Model 15 has 1/2" FPT(female pipe thread) inlet connections, and a 3/8" GHT(garden hose thread) outlet, with a 20-micron water filter cartridge.

the Delta 1 is good control panel , I had it modify because black knobs were really stiff to regular handles to have better control.
On the plus side, the thermometer was dead-on accurate, which is very helpful. My biggest complaint is that you have to set the temperature using the tiny levers on the hot and cold supplies. Once set though, the temperature setting sticks (so long as your hot and cold water supply temperature is stable). I have not had to fiddle with them since it was initially set. They tell us not to leave the unit under pressure when not in use (why?) so you will need shutoffs in line with the supplies. I had those already but keep that in mind if you are doing a new installation.
