8Sinn 3203-RF-PL-ADAPTER Overview

The RF to PL Lens Mount Adapter from 8Sinn enables you to mount ARRI PL Mount lenses on your Canon RF Mount camera. This anodized aluminum adapter features an adjustable flange focus with 0.005mm accuracy and infinity focusing.

Compatible cameras include Canon EOS 70, EOS R/RP/R5, and RED DIGITAL CINEMA KOMODO and V-RAPTOR models. The RF to PL Lens Adapter includes a front cap to block dust when a lens is not attached.

Note:
This adapter is not compatible with the 8SINN Lens Adapter Support for Evolution RF TO PL Mount.

Decent, better options avail

Decent quality for the money, however it's a big step-down from the DZO in every way when compared side by side. No way to attach lens support and while it has no rotational slop on the RF mount it does have a bit of axial wobble on the canon c400. Looking at it this seems to have some variance from copy to copy so your mileage may vary.

No Wiggle

Having had quite a bit of experience adapting lenses with Sony and Blackmagic cameras, I was a bit concerned I would have issues with RF mounts wiggling as well. This is not the case with this adapter. It is super solid, I haven't had any issues with it on my RED Raptor. It's definitely a great option to get a PL mount lens on your camera.
