It's a nato rail with the option of a 3/8 Arri locking mount. Exactly what I wanted. Only downside is you can only swiftly load nato stuff from one side since the other side doesn't have a spring pin. Only reason I didn't give this five stars is because I can't figure out the utility of loading from only one side.

Yes, The 8sinn NATO rail would connect to the 1/4 20 connection points of the RED Komodo link adapter.

You should avoid mounting more than a couple items on the NATO rail at once. The manufacturer doesn't specify how much weight this NATO rail can hold but it can hold a majority of accessories that are meant for the Komodo.
