Worked once flawlessly

Worked fine after I got it. Four months later when I needed it again it did not turn the camera on. Checked output of power supply, it showed only 2.5 volts, so clear fail. After the 30 day return policy of B&H, so I have contacted Bescor. We'll see what relief they intend to give.
