Stopped working properly - can't get ahold of AstonPower

At first I loved this product. Then one of the four battery ports stopped working. I have tried for weeks to contact AstonPower. Their website says, We promise to get back to you within 48 hours. (24/7/365). But that is a joke. I purchased this in March 2021, it is now August 2021. So this stopped working right after about 4 months and its slowly approaching the 6 month period for warranty exchanges. Needless to say I am unhappy with the charging port and the company.
