Available for download MultiDynamics 6 from Wave Arts is a multiband compressor, expander, and gate designed for use in mixing, mastering, and noise reduction applications. It offers 6 independent frequency bands with selectable 6, 18, or 30 dB/octave crossovers. Each crossover makes use of a proprietary filter network to eliminate distortion.
Each section offers its own compressor, gate, and expander, allowing you to treat your frequency ranges as needed. You'll find Lo Gain, Threshold, Hi Gain, Ratio, Attack, Release, and Knee controls per band. The plug-in supports sample rates up to 192 kHz, and is compatible with AU, VST3, and AAX plug-in formats. It will work on Mac and Windows operating systems.
