Looked good but disappointing

This rack drawer looked perfect for a keyboard tray in a compact audio flyrack since it's much shallower than most 1RU rack drawers, but it seems like this was made/packaged on a Friday 5 minutes before quitting time. One of the rivets that hold the drawer slides in place seems to not have been installed, so the right side of the drawer just hangs there. There were no keys for the lock included The left side of the drawer extends almost 3/4 further than the right side. The product box and shipping box didn't show any signs of abuse/damage I expect this happened before it was shipped. Very disappointed with the quality control, this one should never have escaped the factory. Hopefully On-Stage/B&H can sort this out because this was the u icon of rack drawers I was looking for.

Poor Paint, Poor latch and non working lock=poor QC. I can live with the poor paint job but the latch broke within a couple months of light use and the lock arm doesn't even fit the lock. The square hole is smaller than the square stud on the lock.

Does this drawer have any kind of friction fit when closed, requiring a tug to open, or would it freely slide open when closed?
According to the manufacturer, "[The On-Stage RDLS1000 1 RU Locking Rack Drawer] uses[s] a plastic latching mechanism to keep drawers in place, pushing down on the latch on the front of the drawer allows you to open the drawer. That being said, if held at an angle and especially with any additional weight inside the drawer it’s fairly easy for that latch to pop open and the drawers will move. Locking the drawers would be the only way to truly secure them in place if at an angle."

Can different drawers have different keys and cylinders, i.e. is there a way to prevent that one key opens all drawers?
The On-Stage RDLS1000 1 RU Locking Rack Drawer and its larger counterparts all ship with identical lock and key mechanisms, meaning that any key can be used with any drawer.
