Proaim Cineline Overview

The Proaim Cineline Mitchell Dolly Kit is a heavy-duty dolly base featuring a central hub with a Mitchell mounting base that supports the dolly legs and camera riser systems, such as a cine bazooka. The hub allows you to attach the included legs in either a 3- or 4-legged configuration, adapting the dolly to ride on different track widths. The dolly is sturdy enough to support loads up to 440 pounds, allowing you to configure it for a camera operator to ride along, or for a short Jib arm. The top of the hub features a Mitchell mounting plate for mounting a tripod head for low-angle shots, and it accepts a variety of Mitchell risers to get the camera to the height you want.

The legs feature easily interchangeable sets of track wheel, studio (floor) wheels, and support feet for non-moving shots. In 4-leg configuration, the dolly feet/wheels have a spacing of 24.4 and 26.17", for riding along tracks of either width. However, you can adjust the legs for a smaller profile when working in small spaces. The 3-legged configurations allow you to adjust the spacing to comfortably ride on tracks with widths from 28 to 32". The track wheels are designed to ride on round track rails, while the studio wheels are designed to roll smoothly on flat surfaces. The included leveling feet are suitable for use on flat surfaces and uneven terrain.

Heavy-Duty Mitchell Mounting Plate
The Mitchell mounting plate at the top of the dolly's central hub features four keyways and multiple mounting holes for attaching the legs.
Legs
The dolly includes four high-strength legs that can be adjusted as needed, as well as folded for use in narrow spaces. All four legs are equipped with locking levers to hold the wheels or feet in position. There are magnets on the sides to hold an easily accessible Allen key.
Changing the Feet/Wheels
You can swap between wheels and feet in seconds—simply release the locking knob, swap the wheel/foot, and relock the lever.
Studio Wheels
The silent and smooth lockable studio wheels can be used in either 3- or 4-leg setups. The 3-leg setup of Cineline is effective for shooting with lighter camera setups.
Track Wheels
The track wheels are made of hard rubber and set at 90° angles, allowing the wheels to fit easily and quickly on round/pipe track of virtually any diameter.
Leveling Feet
The height-adjustable swivel feet feature rubber soles, making this dolly a solid and stable non-moving shooting platform.
Flight Case
The dolly includes a flight case for storage and transport.
