The Low-Profile Mini Quick Release Base from CAMVATE enables you to add the convenience of a quick release mount to a battery plate, light, action camera, monitor, or other camera accessory that weighs up to 110 lb. The base is composed of a quick release plate and a locking base. Padding on the plate prevents your camera or accessory from twisting, while also protecting it from scratching.
The camera or accessory mounts onto the top plate using one captive 1/4"-20 screw, and the plate snaps into the base. The plate is secured using a dual-release lever with a safety latch to keep the accessory secure. The bottom of the base incorporates several 1/4"-20 threads for mounting on a cage, tripod, or rig.
