Adesso H6 Reviews

Just okay

One reason for buying this webcam was that software was available to control the camera. Phooey! The software comes in two versions. Neither of them work properly. The window doesn't fit on the screen and the camera image gets garbled. I tried installing it on Windows 7 and 10. On Windows 7 I get a bizarre message. The camera seems to work fine. I've used it with Zoom and it lets me properly control the camera. The conclusion is that if you want to control the camera, use third party software. I would have given the webcam a higher review, if I hadn't wasted my time with their software.

Extremely low quality

The quality is extremely poor (screenshot attached). The build quality of the webcam is impressive, but sadly the quality is far, far below expectations. This webcam, at best is as good as a webcam on a 14 year old laptop, and it is sold as a 4K one. Therefore, not worth a penny. If the manufacturer sends me a complimentary replacement that has decent (AND 4K) quality, I would remove this review. Until proven otherwise, I am sticking with my review. Also, has distorts image like a GoPro from close distance.
