Bose SUB1 Overview

The L1 PRO Series Sub1 Portable Bass Module is a high-output active subwoofer well suited for mobile entertainment, AV rental, event production, clubs, and performance venues. The 13x7" RaceTrack direct radiating driver is powered by a 480W Class-D amplifier, which delivers high sound pressure levels with dynamic and musical sound reproduction of very-low frequencies.

The Sub1 connects to the L1 PRO32 line array via SubMatch cable and works seamlessly with the L1 Mix app. The subwoofer can also be paired with a Bose S1 Pro system to create a micro-PA. An M20 threaded input on the side of the sub allows you to deploy a speaker pole for any speaker up to 34 lb. Two subs can be used together for a cardioid mode, which lowers the stage volume and decreases feedback issues. The Sub1 ships with a slip cover and a power cord.

Bass without the Bulk
The Sub1 is a powered, portable bass module that combines with virtually any portable PA and delivers low-end performance down to 40 Hz. Sub1 is the most compact subwoofer option for the Bose L1 PRO32, combining seamlessly via single-cable SubMatch connectivity.
RaceTrack Design
The unique RaceTrack woofer integrated into the Bose Sub1 modular subwoofer delivers powerful bass, has an optimized center of gravity, and save a lot of space. This slim design means you get the full impact of a conventional subwoofer without the cumbersome size, freeing up room in your vehicle and on the stage, and making every carry in between home to car, vehicle to venue much easier.

Bose SUB1 Reviews

BOSE Failure

I bought two BOSE Sub 1's. Both have gone in to some mysterious shut down feature. The sub simply stops working. I'm a Wedding DJ, I can't have a sub that decides to stop working in the middle of a packed dance floor. Unacceptable. I think I'll switch back to the heavier but reliable QSC 2000 Watt Sub.

Nothing like a good sub that makes you want to dance!

In my opinion, Karaoke just don't sound good when played in small speaker. They sonically sound fine but no one wants to dance. I'm using a pair of Bose S1+ because I want the stereo but true low base was lacking. Adding this sub s1 fixed that, it was just what I needed.

Hi, can I use the Bose L1 Pro Sub 1 Bass Module with my Bose S1 Pro System?
Asked by: Samuel
Yes, you could use the Powered Sub 1 bass module with your S1 Pro. You would want this speaker pole to attach the two together, BH #BOSP20MB . And then run your audio from the mixer, through the sub and out to the S1 Pro.
