The L1 PRO Series Sub2 Portable Bass Module is a high-output active subwoofer well suited for mobile entertainment, AV rental, event production, clubs, and performance venues. The 18x10" RaceTrack direct radiating driver is powered by a 1000W Class-D amplifier, which delivers high sound pressure levels with dynamic and musical sound reproduction of very-low frequencies.
The Sub2 connects to the L1 PRO32 line array via SubMatch cable and works seamlessly with the L1 Mix app. The subwoofer can also be paired with a Bose S1 Pro system to create a micro-PA. An M20 threaded input on the side of the sub allows you to deploy a speaker pole for any speaker up to 34 lb. Two subs can be used together for a cardioid mode, which lowers the stage volume and decreases feedback issues. The Sub2 ships with a slip cover and a power cord.

Impressive subwofer

I expect a lot from Bose products and the power and clean sound from this subwofer exceeded my expectations. On the first gig to prove live sound at a big band swing dance, this one speaker easily filled the dance hall loaded with dancers. I used it with QSC 12 inch main speakers. The built-in low pass filter is good and is obviously tuned for the speaker design. The whole band was impressed.

I Love It the sound is unbelievable for a small to medium gathering it’s perfect. I’ll buy another one in the future that’s for sure.
