Pelican 1615AirTP Wheeled Hard Case with TrekPak Divider Insert System (Black)

The 1615 Air Case from Pelican is made from lightweight HPX2 polymer to protect and store your sensitive gear during transport. The dust, crush, and waterproof case has push-button latches on three sides to keep it securely closed until you open it. This edition of the 1615 Air Case comes lined but without foam or other inserts, allowing you the freedom to completely customize the roomy 29.6 x 15.5 x 9.4" interior to your specific needs and gear. Carry the case with the three oversized handles or for heavy loads, extend the pull handle and tow it behind you on its low-profile, smooth-rolling wheels.

It has an O-ring that seals it to an IP67-rating, and for added security it accepts user-supplied padlocks. The pressure relief valve regulates the internal pressure, keeping your gear and the case from getting crushed and allowing you to open the case without having to break a tough pressurized seal that may develop. For easy identification, there's a polycarbonate card holder that may be placed on the front or side of the case.

TrekPak uses pre-installed wall sections, divider panels, locking pins and tabs, and an easy-to-use cutting tool. Simply lay your gear in the case, measure and cut the divider sections, and lock them in place with the steel U-pins. The 7/16" thick divider sections are made of waterproof, closed-cell foam laminated to a rigid, corrugated plastic panel that resists tearing and shredding. The TrekPak is combined with 1" bottom foam and lid foam to give your gear 360° protection.

Your TrekPak Divider Kit includes two 30" dividers, two 16" dividers, two perimeter pieces, top and bottom foam, 30 pins and tabs, and a cutter tool.
