I often wear this with a 70-200MM f2.8 and perhaps another lens along with a filter pouch. The clasp holds the belt very firm and has never slipped or disconnected. The belt has frayed a bit after many years of service so a new a belt was wanted for appearance purposes..

Can hold a Fujifilm X-E1 with lens and lens hood attached (barely). Belt work well with the pouch though I did have to get a replacement pouch from B&H (which they gladly handled) as one of the openings was incorrectly stitched and wouldn't allow the Domke belt buckle to be threaded.
