This tray itself is built well. It's solid and heavy-duty, but the tightening knobs are terrible. They also use foam instead of rubber on the mounting ends. For the money, it isn't bad, but in my case, I removed the foam mount sheets and replaced with rubber instead. The knobs are a different story and proper metal replacements are hard to find because of the spacing between the two holes. I ended up using another kind of M8 tightening knobs I found on Amazon that did the trick. They are still plastic, but not nearly as bad as the original knobs.

I installed the tray at the proper angle and placed my small mixer on it ... It worked perfectly I'm a happy camper . Thanks

Yes, this tray will clamp onto any tube up to 2'' in diameter.
