Will the 105mm macro work with my 5 axis stabilization of my sony a6600?
Yes, in camera stabilization still works, you just don't have stabilization with the lens itself like the 90mm macro from sony. Personally, I haven't noticed much difference between the two in normal use as far as stabilization goes but I tend to use brighter light and higher shutter speeds.

This lens is rather long. Will it come with a tripod collar?
FWIW, I often use the Sigma 100-400mm F5-6.3 DG DN on a tripod without a collar. It's roughly 400g heavier and 70mm longer than this lens. My Acratech Ultimate easily handles the torque.
