I just purchased a new Ikelite housing for my Olympus TG-7 camera. Since I'm not independently wealthy, I had to defer the purchase of a strobe light. My poor man's solution was to buy this flashlight bracket and mount my dive light (which is reasonably bright for a flash light). It obviously can replace a good strobe, but for $35 I do have more light. The product appears to be very good quality, and it comes with two strips of padding that have adhesive on one side to help support the flashlight. My light fit well without the pads, but I'll probably install the pads just to see what happens. I have no idea how effective the adhesive will be under water, but if they fail, there are many other Velcro options. If you looking for something to hold a dive light, this is a great option.
