The f-stop TILOPA 50L Expedition Backpack Bundle offers a complete kit for your personal and photo gear. It features the backpack, a Pro ICU camera divider insert, and a protective rain cover.

f-stop TILOPA 50L Expedition Backpack (Anthracite/Matte Black)

Pack a variety of gear and hit the trail with the TILOPA 50L Expedition Backpack in anthracite/matte black from f-stop. This pack features accessory loops, shock cords, MOLLE webbing, and front panel straps for attaching a snowboard, tripod, or other items. Users will appreciate the large expandable side pockets and the EVA-padded back panel. Carry the pack with the carry handle or wear it with the EVA-padded shoulder straps and waist belt. For added stability there's a sternum strap with an integrated whistle. The TILOPA Expedition is constructed from TPU-laminated ripstop nylon.

Camera gear is accessed via the rear panel and features heavy-duty zippers

Grabbed this backpack on sale, then did some research to figure out the best fit ICU for my gear. I know this is an older model as the new model Tilopa has the DuraDiamond fabric but this one is going to work just fine for my needs. I went with the large pro ICU which arrived just the other day and it's a perfect fit for all of my landscape adventures. Down the road I will get the extra-large ICU for wildlife with my Super telephoto lenses which also fits into the Tilopa bag, although it doesn't leave much room other than plenty of camera gear. Bottom line, this is a great bag, and the pro large ICU allows me to carry 2 camera bodies, all the lenses for landscape photography and leaves enough room to pack my hiking gear. Totally happy with this purchase.

I did lots of research prior to purchasing; I was looking for a travel-capable (carry-on) pack with ample room, durability, and a thoughtful design. I haven't been disappointed with this purchase...it's rugged, well made, and has a ton of cool features. If you're looking for a 50L pack for outdoor photography, then this should be on your short list.

This product is a 50l backpack but it will only fit around 20l of gear. The fatal flaw with this design is the insert itself has a zipper around the outside of it. So once you unzip the back you have to fight with another zipper wedged inside the bag to access your gear. It will fit a 70-200 a body and one other lens and that is a tight fit. The insert is difficult to get out when empty because of the metal frame it sits beneath, not possible to get out when full.

Have been looking for a suitable backpack. At a workshop, two folks had fstop packs and I became intrigued. Having purchased many backpacks and bags over the decades, this was my best backpack purchase. Nicely constructed and highly functional. Purchased a separate ICU to include more gear when needed. The customization of the pack is awesome. Also, purchased a smaller pack for my wife. She loves it. Hiking with 30# plus of gear was comfortable. Frame and hip band transfer the load to your hips nicely. Shoulders didn't tire. Nice design. As with B&H, fStops' customer service is excellent. A shout-out to Steffy, one of their customer service reps who is both patient and highly knowledgeable.

Bought this bag on sale and glad I did. Still have to figure out which ICU or ICU's to purchase for it however but those will be purchased soon. The bag is big enough for my wildlife trips with 2 camera bodies, super telephoto and telephoto lenses with all the accessories and still have room for a few landscape lenses if needed. Will hold all my landscape equipment for day or multiple day hiking.
