The VM-9YC is a dual purpose video tool; it acts as a 1x2 distribution amplifier and line amplifier. It has two buffered outputs using different connectors. Output #1 is a typical 4P connector used with one Y/C cable, the other is dual BNC's one carrying the luminance signal the other carrying the chrominance. Both outputs are controlled by front panel adjustments for critical applications.
Dual Type Outputs
Two types of outputs allow for application adaptability. Output #1 is a typical 4P connector using a single Y/C cable, output #2 has separate connectors for Y and C for those applications where special processors or extremely long cable runs are used.
Video Adjustments
Controls over luminance gain and EQ, chrominance phase and gain are accessed by front panel potentiometers for full control; these controls work to adjust the signal for long cable runs where problems stem from Y/C operation.
Compact Size
Small size allows for installation in the smallest studio space or security system.
