This bright, lightweight 5" capacitive touchscreen display features a sharp 1280 x 720 IPS LCD with 800 cd/m² brightness that is viewable even in full daylight. The panel features a single 3G/HD/SD-SDI input with embedded audio, and it has a 5-pin output that provides RCP2 (RED Camera Protocol) control for a RED DSMC2 using the included software for the onboard PageOS 4 software and an included 5-pin LEMO-type control cable.
Powered by a single Sony L-series type battery, this versatile monitor can also be powered by a 2-pin LEMO input. Coupling the touchscreen display with SmallHD's intuitive PageOS 4, you can turn on various monitoring tools like waveform, false color, and vectorscope as well as focusing aids like tone map, highlight roll-off, and peaking with a tap on the screen. PageOS 4 also allows you to load and save profiles and load custom LUTs using the SD card slot.
Additional features include a 3.5mm stereo headphone jack, a durable aluminum chassis, and a low power draw. The monitor features three 1/4"-20 mounting threads and an ultraclear screen protector comes in the package.
