Got the Proaim dolly and snagged these rails. They're lightweight, but they definitely work well. They connect in the center to go from 4 feet to 8 feet and you don't get any bumps when sliding the dolly.

Can you purchase two kits and using middle support, attach them together to get track longer than 8'?

Two kits of the Proaim 8' Track Aluminum Rail Kit for Polaris Dolly would not be able to be connected. The ends of the rails are not designed for interconnecting with other tracks.
