will the cooler master (air cooler) be good enough if i don't intend to OC or should I go water cooling? If water cooling any suggestions on what a good one is?
There's no CPU that "needs" water cooling at stock speeds, period. Also, if you are thinking about AIO liquid cooling, then you should know that higher end air coolers can achieve the same temperatures as a lower end AIO liquid cooler.
