So I bought this after reading the reviews that this adapter works better than the Deity one. After using it on multiple shoots it is clear that this works 10x better. Fits super snug and the locking collar doesn't block input so you can actually use it with mic packs like the DJI mic 2 that doesn't have a 3.5mm locking thread. My main uses for this is for my Rode Wireless Pro and it fits perfectly. I'll be carrying extra set of these just in case.

Use my DPA Core 4061 with this adapter into my Tentacle Sync Track E Recorder. Threads on no issues, great fit. More reasonable than the official DPA one

The Tentacle Sync DPA Microdot to 3.5mm TRS Microphone Adapter is specified for use with DPA lapel microphones. Although other DPA microphones may have compatible microdot connections, the Tentacle Sync would not be able to provide the power output they require to work properly.
