Available for download, the Overloud Choptones Archer 100W 6L6 Rig Library is a selection of guitar amp and cabinet emulations for use with the Overloud TH-U platform. The amplifier, cabinets, stompboxes, and microphones were emulated by Choptones, a company known for porting its models to multiple platforms.

This particular expansion library recreates the sound of a PRS Archon 100W amplifier head, which excels at reproducing the tone necessary for heavy, drop-tuned metal riffs and searing shred solos. This is an amp emulation that specializes in high-gain distortion that is nevertheless clean and defined, so you can hear every note of every chord.

Choptones has modeled this amp in multiple configurations using a wide array of cabinets, microphones, and stompboxes. You'll find 336 rigs offered in total, captured with Shure, Royer, Neumann, and other microphones. Multiple cabinets have been utilized from Mesa Boogie, Marshall, Orange, Fender, and more. Many distortion pedals have been modeled as well.
