Available for download, Overloud Choptones Fend 68Prince offers the sound of a classic Fender guitar amplifier for the Overloud TH-U software platform. Also included are cabinet emulations and pedal models. The amplifier, cabinets, stompboxes, and microphones used were emulated by Choptones, a company known for its emulations ported to multiple platforms.
This particular expansion library recreates the sound of a Fender 68 Custom Princeton Reverb, an amp revered for its clean, American, bell-like tones, its tube-driven warmth, and its responsiveness to pedals. The engineers modeled this amplifier in multiple configurations, using a wide array of cabinets, microphones, and stompboxes. Of course you'll have access to the often-heard 10" Celestion speaker cab, but it also comes with a wide array of other cabinets, including models from Mesa Boogie, Fender, and even a custom-built cab. In terms of speaker models, these cabs are loaded with the best speakers, from Jensen, Eminence, Celestion, Weber, and more.
There are 76 rigs offered in total captured with Shure, Royer, Neumann, AKG, Beyerdynamic, and other microphones. A number of pedals have been utilized, including the Marshall Bluesbreaker, the Maxon OD808, and others.
