Available for download, the Overloud Choptones Fort SGL Expansion Library is a selection of guitar amp and cabinet emulations for use with the Overloud TH-U platform. The amplifier, cabinets, stompboxes, and microphones were emulated by Choptones, a company known for its models ported to multiple platforms.
This particular expansion library recreates the sound of a Fortin Sigil amplifier head, a juggernaut in the realm of metal guitar tones. The Sigil is a lunchbox amp, offering 20W that sound more ferocious than their wattage rating would ever imply.
Choptones has modeled this amp in multiple configurations, using a wide array of cabinets, microphones, and stompboxes. You'll find 120 rigs offered in total captured with Shure, Royer, Audix, and other microphones. Multiple cabinets have been utilized from Mesa Boogie, Marshall, Hesu, Engl, and more. Many distortion pedals have been modeled as well.
